The Interim Deputy Manager will be supporting the Service Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold delegated responsibility for key areas of day-to-day service operations.
- Line manage and supervise a team of support workers, ensuring strong performance and development.
- Act as a role model, promoting and leading best practice in care and safety at all times.
- Ensure satisfaction and safety of the people supported, maintaining a strong safeguarding culture.
- Participate in the on-call rota during out-of-office hours.
- Maintain open communication and proactive problem-solving across the team and service.
- Proven experience in supported living settings, working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Level 3 or 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult
- Previous management experience within the same service setting.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
- Available to start immediately.
