Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well established European business that are looking for a results-oriented individual to manage sales in toy shops, garden centres, and gaming stores across the South-East of England.

Our client is a leading distributor in the entertainment industry, known for our innovative products and commitment to quality.


As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with toy shops, garden centres, and gaming shops, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from the product range.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to maximise sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in toy shops, garden centres, and gaming shops through regular communication and product presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a field sales role, managing own route plan and call schedules.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be extremely self-motivated in a fully remote role.
