Description
- Provide administrative support to the Media & Agency team
- Organise and manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings
- Maintain and update electronic filing systems
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Act as a liaison between departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Contribute to team efforts and assist with special projects
