Our client, an international electronic products manufacturer and distributor, are seeking a an International Business Manager to join their growing UK team at their Media City Offices.

The company have over 8,000 employees internationally and turned over 1.2 billion euros in sales last financial year. Their growth is still rapid, with an ambitious view on 2024 and beyond.

The role will lead the internal Offshore Business team to ensure they optimise sales opportunities, globally. The role will track and coordinate the international business from UK based design customers to global production sites. An ideal candidate will have experience of global supply chains, production scheduling, tracking tools and systems, business analysis and process re-engineering.

The ideal candidate will need to be a very strong communicator and leader. They will need to be organized and detail driven and can form strong relationships with all stakeholders. The International Business Manager will be responsible for successfully tracking new business opportunities, implementing internal processes, and securing sales growth for the company. This will involve initial analysis of current sales data, so experience in understanding data to drive results would be useful.

Key areas of leadership experience and knowledge: global business tracking, data analysis, business / account management, knowledge of complex supply chain and liaising with multinational and international locations.

The role entails:

· New project global handover management.

· Working in collaboration with internal and external sales team and global counterparts to ensure efficiency and visibility.

· Ability to coordinate wth the Team to collect, research, track, and analyze business data on customer pricing, quotes, purchase order and parts usage.

· Ability to identify areas of focus in sales output, and implement changes and improvements.

· Implementation of new sales tracking process from quotation through to invoicing.

· Liaise daily with existing internal and external sales teams and global counterparts. Build strong relations with global customers and partners.

· Undertake other duties as and when required.

· National travel potential with customer site visits.

· International travel potential in line with business development needs.

Candidate profile, skills & attributes:

· Data driven with the ability and proven experience in using data to make long term changes to processes and practices.

· Strong CRM system knowledge and competency. Including pipeline and portfolio tracking.

· Can demonstrate high level of previous experience managing core functions of this role.

· Proven experience in relationship management.

· Detail orientated and able to analyze and interpret data trends around pricing and parts usage.

· Strong communicator – dealing across multiple cultures.

· Previous experience working in complex supply chains.

· Accountable and leads by example.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
