Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative 

A position has arisen for Grounds Maintenance Operative within a housing association in Manchester. This is a key role on a temporary ongoing contractThe successful candidate must have experience in Grounds Maintenance / Gardening 

Your duties will include:

• Hard and soft scaping on communal areas 
• Mowing lawns, strimming and hedging 
• Fencing and basic paving 
• Minor works on domestic properties 

The successful candidate must have:

• Driving Licence as will be driving a van 
• Experience of Grounds Maintenance
