Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth freight forwarding processes
• Identify and capitalise on add-on sales opportunities
• Foster excellent account management practices to delight customers and encourage repeat business
• Work within a small, dynamic team, handling both sales and operational duties

Requirements:

• Experience: We’re looking for an Account Manager with a background in freight forwarding. Operational experience is essential, along with a solid understanding of ocean freight forwarding
