Are you a compassionate and committed individual with a background in supporting children and young people? Tradewind is currently seeking a dedicated level 3Teaching Assistant for a secondary school in Salford!

Position: Level 3Teaching Assistant

Location: Salford

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £85 - £95 per day

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to students at KS2 and those with SEN, assisting them in reaching their full potential. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing tailored one-to-one support to address individual learning needs
  • Assisting teachers in implementing effective learning strategies
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting students' emotional and social development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or child-based experience
  • Experience supporting students with SEND is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
  • Strong grasp of the UK Schools Curriculum
  • An Enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to undergo one
  • Able to provide full CV History with all education and employment.
