Part Time Administrator

Personnel Selection are pleased to be working with our long-standing client, based in Salisbury, who will be looking for an Administrator to join their Service & Training Department on a part time basis. 

PLEASE NOTE, THIS ROLE WILL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL DECEMBER 2024 / JANUARY 2025. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE SEEKING WORK BEFORE THIS DATE.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative and successful business, working 2.5/3 day per week (TBD with candidate). 

You will play a crucial role in booking and coordinating training sessions, ensuring that all aspects of delegate and training organisation, management and administration is in place and completed in good time for a successful training experience.
In addition, you will provide outstanding customer support in service by proactively managing incoming service and repair enquiries, maintaining accountability for callbacks.

You’ll manage service engineer diaries, booking servicing and repairs with efficiency, ensuring accurate recording and administration including quotations to customer requirements, processing sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a self-motivated individual, able to multitask managing conflicting priorities in a busy environment working under pressure. You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset and cheerful disposition.
