Take your next step in your Case Management career! We are growing and require a Professional Mentor to enhance our highly-skilled team. 

Role Details:
  • Ideally full-time, 37.5 hours per week (part-time or flexible working will be considered).
  • Remote working but preferably located within Southern / Midlands as travel within this region will be required within the duties of the role.

You will use your comprehensive expertise to lead and inspire a team of Case Managers. 

Our Professional Mentors are a vital part of the management team and instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality and service provided to our clients. 

You will provide dedicated formal clinical mentorship and line management to a team of Case Managers to ensure that our clients receive high quality services and for our Case Managers to be fully supported in their roles. 

You will use your case management knowledge and experience to support your team in their development to achieve excellent clinical practice and to exceed industry standards. 

To be successful in this role you will: 
  • hold HCPC, NMC or Social Work England registration. 
  • have previous Case Manager experience.
  • hold BABICM Advanced Registered Practitioner status or be eligible to attain. 
  • have strong relationship building skills, be proactive and work in a solution-focused way. 
  • have experience of leading a professional team providing client services, monitoring standards of work and providing feedback to team members. 
  • be familiar with working in the field of litigation. 
  • have extensive expertise of working with children, young people or adults with complex needs in challenging situations. 
  • have experience of working directly with clients in the community be able to demonstrate your professional abilities, within the field of complex, long-term health care assessment, care planning and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
