Platform Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer of electronic equipment.They are looking to take on a technical product support candidate toprovide effective first-line technical product support on theirexpanding range ofproducts and services.
Key skills & responsibilities:
+Technical background in electronic products
+ Experience with IT and networks
+Wireless networks, cloud computing and remote troubleshooting would also be an advantage.
+ Strong communications and problem solving skills.
The salary is offering upto 25,000 depending on skills and experience, together with an attractive benefits package including early finish on a Friday and increasing holiday entitlement.
