This is an exciting opportunity for an ACA / ACCA qualified accountant to play a pivotal role in shaping financial and strategic directions. The business are offering a flexible hybrid working pattern, and are renowned for their stunning offices as well as their collaborative company culture. They also have a track record of employing individuals trained in Practice and supporting their career development.
What you'll do:
- Oversee all aspects of the finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of two finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Manage cash flow, ensure robust financial controls, and maintain strong relationships with external auditors
