We are currently looking for dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at exceptional venue; Salisbury Cathedral. This exciting opportunity would suit someone who enjoys customer service, working in the fast-paced environment, all in the centre of one of England’s ‘must-see’ historical attractions.
We offer flexible zero hours contract with wages paid weekly and rate of pay up to £12.00 per hour (depending on age and experience). Shifts pattern 7.30am - 4pm Tuesday to Saturday.

More about the role:
As a Kitchen Assistant you will assist with food preparation, handling and storage. You will use your skills to maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness. Key responsibilities;
- Comply with all client and company health & safety procedures and standards
- Undertake food preparation
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
- Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
- Assist as and when required with the loading or unloading of deliveries & supply vehicles
- Complete training as required
- Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested

- Have experience delivering high quality customer care
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability

- Friendly, helpful & polite
- Working week is 07:30 – 4pm Tuesday - Saturday
