Lab Shutdown & Maintenance Planner – Salary up to £30,000


Trevett Services are representing a multi-national Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a Lab Shutdown & Maintenance Planner to work on their Static site on the outskirts of Salisbury.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner:

  • Operate the internal CMS to ensure all maintenance activities are scheduled in the necessary timeframes, liaising with departments to ensure access
  • Provide administration to support the servicing of all equipment on site
  • Manage the issuing and closing of job cards, recording comments and labour times
  • Monitor and report any outstanding maintenance works, highlighting any issues to the Maintenance Manager


Experience required for the Lab Shutdown Planner:

  • Experience within planning or scheduling is essential, ideally in a maintenance or engineering environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft word & Microsoft excel with good overall IT skills
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders across sites and departments
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise work efficiently


Due to the location and nature of this site, it is essential you have a full driving license and the right to work in the UK.


Working hours are 40 hours a week on site, Mon – Fri. Salary is up to £30,000 for this exciting opportunity to join a well established provider.
