Permit Station Coordinator – Salary up to £28,000


Trevett Services are representing a multi-national Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a Permit Station Coordinator to work on their Static site on the outskirts of Salisbury.

Key Responsibilities of the Permit Coordinator:

  • Responsible for the control of safe systems of work through the site and be the point of contact for all permit/authority to work management.
  • Be the point of contact for sub-contractors on site who require necessary permits.
  • Ensure all contractual procedures are followed by sub-contractors.
  • Closely monitor the daily events calendar to ensure that all permits to work are issued and do not impact daily operations of sites.


Qualifications required:

  • Knowledge of RAMS and Health & Safety is essential.
  • Experience of contractor/supply chain management.
  • IT literate in MS Office and systems management software
  • Able to co-ordinate and manage multiple projects.
  • Have a valid formal Health & Safety qualification e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable)


Due to the location and nature of this site, it is essential you have a full driving license and the right to work in the UK.

Working hours are 40 hours a week on site, Mon – Fri. Salary is up to £28,000 for this exciting opportunity to join a well-established provider.
