Mechanical Engineer

We are working with a regional and reputable Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a Mechanical Engineer to cover their Commercial contract on this Static site in the Salisbury region.
Key Responsibilities:
·Ensure that reactive maintenance, callouts & breakdowns are carried out on all mechanical building plant & equipment covering heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, water systems, AHU's, FCU's, replacing pumps on mechanical systems.
·Carry out PPM’s and reactive maintenance on Mechanical systems and plant equipment.
·Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are kept.
·Respond to Building Management System alerts, and effect emergency repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (6087) or equivalent
- City & Guilds 236 or 2382 (18th Edition).
- Experience within a similar environment is essential carrying out PPM’s and Maintenance works.
- Good general I.T skills and able to receive jobs through a PDA or handheld device.
