We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support candidate to join a busy Salisbury based business.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and support the wider team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Provide administrative support including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of quality-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities, including documentation of audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and information required for quality assurance processes.
Assist in the maintenance of quality management systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and track quality-related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generating reports as needed.
Support the coordination of quality training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities for staff.
Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries related to quality assurance processes and procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Quality Department Manager.
