What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Developing and implementing estate management plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Managing a mix of residential, commercial, and agricultural tenancies.
• Overseeing property maintenance and capital projects, including planning and construction.
• Handling in-house valuations and estate budgeting.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance across health & safety, employment law, and property standards.
• Liaising with estate staff, contractors, external consultants, and developers.
• Supporting debt management and contributing to wider estate operations.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• MRICS qualification (Membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
• Proven experience in estate management and business development.
• Commercially astute with a track record of identifying and realising growth opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
