- Provide secretarial and admin support to fee earners
- Arrange appointments and manage diaries
- Deal with client enquiries
- Respond to client queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Prepare correspondence and documents through audio dictations
- Undertake general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and file management
- Answer calls and greet clients with a welcoming demeanour
- Liaise with fee earners on file management and other tasks as required
- Previous experience ideally within personal injury or clinical negligence
- Proficient in audio dictation and document preparation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
