Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Hotel in Saxmundham in Suffolk serving all freshly prepared seasonal food.This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. The Hotel serves a Modern British Seasonal Menu. You will manage the kitchen for service along with small functions/celebrations.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary to £40k plus tips worth £3k

The Role
- Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
- Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
- Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
- Managing GP targets
The Person
- Already working as a Head Chef or Sous on promotion
- Excellent Communicator & People person
- Experience of Fresh Food kitchen
- Good Kitchen manager and hands on chef
