This is a Territory Manager role where you will be responsible for developing independent retailers in Scotland and Ireland.
Your main duties will include:
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Scotland and Ireland
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and reports to customers and management
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams and other departments to enhance sales offering
- Attend industry events, trade shoes and networking opportunities to promote products and services
Ideally you will have:
- Proven work experience as a Territory Sales Manager in an Audiology, Optical, Dental or similar area
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
