Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership with a national logistics and distribution company based near Scunthorpe recruiting for a Reach Forklift Truck driver to join their Warehouse team on a temporary to permanent basis. We are looking for people to work in their warehouse to assist in daily operations.
Due to the location of the warehouse, you will need your own form of transport to get to and from work. There will also be an induction / capability test prior to starting with the company.

The pay for this position is £12.25 per hour.

What will I be expected to do?
- Operate a reach forklift truck safely and efficiently to transport materials and finished products around the warehouse and yard.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers as required.
- Assisting in off forklift duties
What skills do I need?
- Valid FLT license and proven experience operating a forklift truck, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
What hours will I be working?
We have 2 options for you, please see below.
- Monday to Friday, rotating morning, and afternoon shifts. 0600 to 1400 & 1400 to 2200
- Monday to Friday, afternoon shift only. 1400 to 2200
