What will I be doing?
- Operate a Bendi Forklift Truck: Safely and efficiently transport materials and finished products throughout the warehouse and yard.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers as required.
- Off Forklift Duties: Participate in various warehouse tasks when not operating the forklift.
What skills do I need?
- Valid Bendi FLT License: Proven experience operating a Bendi forklift truck, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to accurately record data and maintain organization.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Safety Commitment: Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment.
What hours and pay are available?
Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 (shifts may change a little depending on deliveries)
£12.25 per hour
Additional Information:
Transportation: Due to the warehouse location, personal transport is necessary.
Induction/Capability Test: An induction and capability test will be required prior to starting.
