Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering with one of our clients in the Scunthorpe area to identify a HRBP to join their team.  This is a super opportunity to join a highly commercial, fast paced HR team and business.

Reporting into the Head of HR the role will partner with a specific area of the business providing a generalist HRBP support with emphasis on employee relations and stakeholder support and relationships.The role is 37.5 hours per week and offers 1 day working from home as well as:

As HRBP  you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support the growth and development of the organization. Your expertise in employee relations will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement. There will be occasinal travel in the role to work with stakeholders at sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide HR guidance and support to achieve those objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and employment laws.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Support performance management processes, including coaching managers and facilitating performance reviews.
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve workplace culture and productivity.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and handling complex HR issues.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent HR qualification is highly desirable.
