Administrator | Scunthorpe | Office based | Between 20-35 hours per week, depending on the evolving needs of the role | up to £11.50 per hour

What will your role look like?

  • Project Documentation Management:
    • Organise, maintain and update both digital and physical project documents
    • Ensure all documentation is accessible and securely stored for the project team
  • Support for Planning and Project Teams:
    • Assist project managers and the planning department with purchasing
    • Provide logistical support for project tasks and deliverables
    • Help the planner handle travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members when necessary
  • Database and Server Management:
    • Update and maintain project databases and server files to ensure data is current and securely backed up
  • Purchase Orders and Procurement Support:
    • Prepare and issue purchase orders as needed for project requirements
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Meeting and Event Coordination:
    • Arrange and coordinate logistics for both internal and external meetings, workshops, and project-related events
  • Compliance and Quality Control:
    • Assist with quality control processes to maintain high standards of project outputs
