Working across the North East the Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for Project Managing all new tender opportunities for both workstreams. You will be responsible for leading technical, work-winning, commercial, and production team members through all stages of the tender process to ensure a robust and winning proposal including management of all required internal governance requirements.
