Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Coordinatorto oversee all aspects of crane operations on our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes, coordinating lifting activities, and managing rigging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate crane operations, including setup, operation, and dismantling of cranes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all crane operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on cranes to ensure proper functioning.
  • Provide training and guidance to crane operators and rigging crews on safe lifting practices.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to plan and schedule lifting activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for crane-related issues and provide technical support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including equipment inspections and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor crane operators and rigging crews to ensure adherence to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Participate in safety meetings and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a crane operator or supervisor in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid crane operator certification and relevant safety training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
