Jacksoon Hogg are pleased to be working with a client based in Sedgfield on the appoitnemnt of a Finance Assistant.
General finance tasks include:
- Posting Journals
- Chasing timesheets
- Telephoning suppliers to confirm bank details
- Printing invoices from finance inbox
- Filing payment runs
- Processing purchase ledger new supplier forms
Collating evidence for grant claim audits, including:
- Downloading invoices - claim evidence
- Downloading timesheets - claim evidence
Undertaking project related finance tasks, including:
- Project inbox monitoring
- Adding timesheet access - project inbox
- Checking hours & redacting timesheets for claims
- Project closure forms - part 1 & 2
- Running defrayed reports for month end for grants
You would also be required to support other team members within the Finance department as required.
