The Skills Network are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to join our Skills Bootcamps Team. In this position, alongside carrying out the below responsibilities, you will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with full support from The Skills Network.

Purpose of the role
As a Skills Bootcamp Programme Administrator Apprentice, you will primarily support the operational delivery of the Skills Bootcamp Programme. This role is crucial in ensuring that the student experience meets and exceeds internal and external benchmarks. 

Working within a matrix management structure, you will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Learning Support, Information Services and Programme Delivery, to ensure that delivery functions meet internal service level agreements to deliver an outstanding experience to our learners. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate the enrolment of applicants onto planned cohorts, ensuring that applicant expectations are met and exceeded
  • Support the effective scheduling of timetabled sessions via the e-learning platform, EQUAL
  • Identify and arrange appropriate staff cover for timetabled live learning delivery, ensuring that all planned teaching sessions occur
  • Coordinate the effective recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction of Tutors joining the Skills Bootcamp programme
  • Coordinate the collation and submission of payroll documentation, including timesheets and new starter information, to ensure the smooth running of payroll processing
  • Undertake regular audits of application processing to ensure that project assignments meet and exceed funding partner requirements
  • Provide general support to Application processing and delivery teams relating to service, funding and regulatory compliance
  • Compile key performance indicator reports and provide insights to Delivery departments to meet and exceed service delivery requirements
  • Provide general administrative support across the Skills Bootcamp provision
Skills and Experience
  • GCSE Grade C (4) English Qualification - or equivalent (if you do not hold this qualification, you must be willing to work towards Functional Skills English as part of your Apprenticeship)
  • GCSE Grade C (4) Maths Qualification - or equivalent (if you do not hold this qualification, you must be willing to work towards Functional Skills Maths as part of your Apprenticeship)
  • Experience of working in an administrative capacity in the public, private or third sector is desirable but not essential for the role
