YOUR NEW COMPANY

Our client is a leading mortgage business that is currently seeking pro-active and driven advisers to service a growing book of clients. This company deals mainly with HNW clients and experience of high value deals would be advantageous.

You will provide full mortgage advice and be adept at dealing with high volumes of business and you will service a first class client base and have the ability to cross sell as required.

You will have full CeMAP or equivalent and currently be working as a mortgage adviser with a first class track record in mortgage sales that can be evidenced. You will benefit from full administrative support, excellent benefits, a very competitive bonus structure and all leads provided.

This is a great opportunity to join an expanding organisation paying a basic salary c£35,000-£45,000 with an OTE of £80,000+ and will give the platform for a high achieving adviser to take the next step in their career.

If you are an ambitious adviser or stuck in an environment with no lead source this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage Broker
• 1-year minimum experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage Broker
• Experience in offering mortgage advice
• Proven track record of success and achievement
• Good at business development and building rapport with clients
• You may have a client book already and need a superior proposition
