Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to exciting growth plans our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer with strong FCA experience and knowledge to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working closely with different departments across the organization to conduct comprehensive checks on the team’s work, ensuring all work is in line with FCA Guidelines, regulations and standards.

Due to the location of the role candidates are required to have access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess calls based on different call types, ensuring compliance within FCA guidelines and regulations

- Create weekly and monthly reports outlining patterns, risks and trends

- Conduct sessions with management to align assessments and targets for departments

- Maintain call sampling requirements, whilst ensuring quality checks

- Implement ongoing training and improvements to the team inn order to improve quality and compliance

Key Experience:

- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within an FCA regulated environment

- Excellent understanding of FCA guidelines and requirements

- Able to work with colleagues of all levels across the business

- Strong understanding of consumer duty, outcome testing and cross-cutting rules

- Able to train other staff members and provide a high level of advice and feedback

- Confident working with a regulated environment
