AdministratorWest KentMonday – FridayPart time - (9.30am – 2.30pm)  £24,000 - £27,000 Pro Rata  

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Mid Kent. They specialise in providing IT Solutions and support to help their clients optimse their technology infrastructure.

My client is looking for a skilled administrator to join them and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working in a busy and varied administrative position, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. 

Duties Include:

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Providing an efficient, warm and approachable point of contact for visitors and internal staff
  • Preparing reports and dealing with documentation
  • Organising deliveries
  • Assisting with sales quotations and social media advertising
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An excellent communicator
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an office administrative role
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Good time management skills
  • A positive proactive attitude
