Location: Sheerness

Pay Rate: 11.44 p/h

Shift Patterns:Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30

The Role:

Within the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will learn the fundamentals of what it takes to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be given on the job training and the tools you need to succeed.

Support recruitment consultants with daily tasks.
Source and recruit candidates.
Secure work references and manage job advert responses.
Conduct daily walk rounds and manage onsite staff.
Address site-related issues.
Be on-call for sickness and absences.
