Role Overview: As a Caretaker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school facilities. Your responsibilities will include opening and locking buildings, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and assisting with various maintenance tasks as needed. This is a split-shift position from 7am to 6pm with a generous break in the middle of the day, offering some flexibility to suit your lifestyle. The role is 40 hours per week with the option of overtime.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a caretaker, site supervisor, or facilities manager is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
