Your new companyOur client, based in Sheffield, require a NVQ level 2 joiner (or equivalent) to perform maintenance work for £16.26 per hour PAYE premium (£14.51 basic) or £19.07 per hour Umbrella.Your new roleYou will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents. Social housing maintenance will include minor issues such as fitting doors, bannisters, and cabinet repairs. Your role is key to ensuring the overall quality of life of residents, as well as the aesthetics of the properties. This role is 37 hours a week - Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.What you'll need to succeedYou must have an NVQ level 2 and some experience in maintenance work within domestic properties. You will also require a full clean driving licence.What you'll get in returnYou will be provided with a van and fuel to use during work hours, as well as powertools.
