Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with field-based sales experience, seeking an autonomous role driving sales for a market leader in a prominent and exciting industry, offering extensive training, progression opportunities, company benefits, a company car, and a substantial bonus?

The company is a premier provider of industrial gases and cutting-edge services, standing up as the pivotal player in numerous sectors worldwide. The company turn over around £10 billion in sales and have been established for over 70 years & through strategic collaborations and forward-thinking initiatives, they drives growth and progress in key global markets.

The primary responsibilities include maximizing new business wins and revenue by promoting gas and equipment offerings, particularly focusing on hydrogen supply modes and related equipment in the stationary power market. The role aims to grow hydrogen and related equipment sales in clean energy-focused markets and national infrastructure projects. Additionally, the position requires understanding and supporting the UK's decarbonisation and energy security agenda, securing new business, managing customer transitions, and developing strategic relationships to enhance sales. You do not need any experience with Hydrogen / relevant equipment, it will all be trained.

This role would suit an Business Development Manager looking for responsibility in a sought-after position, with an attractive bonus, a great brand and a variety of work.

THE ROLE:

  • Maximize new business wins for revenue and profit by promoting hydrogen supply modes and related equipment in the stationary power market.
  • Grow hydrogen and company equipment sales in clean energy-focused core markets, such as rail, construction, and national infrastructure projects.
  • Embrace the UK's decarbonisation agenda, converting customers from traditional fuels to hydrogen and fuel cells, and secure targeted new business while managing customer transitions
