CNC Machinist

Interaction Recruitment are working with a well established company based in Sheffield who due to expansion are looking for a CNC Machinist's to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

CNC Machinist
Working Monday to Thursday - 4:30pm - 2:30am
Hourly rate of £16.40 + uplift for working nights, with overtime rate paid for Friday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's

CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Competent CNC turner and skilled machinist.
• Able to programme, operate, and set machines.
• The ability to read engineering drawings.
• Working on Manual and CNC Horizontal Borers.
• Working on Manual Milling machines.
• Working on heidenhain controls.
• Strong experience using measurement and inspection equipment including verniers, bore gauges, and micrometers.
• Competent on all aspects of setting tools, including understanding cutting speeds and feeds.
• All machines have digital readouts.
• Machining fabrications, castings, and forgings.
