Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of SME clients across various industries
  • Preparing briefings and client summaries to present directly to the Partners
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and proactive communication
  • Supporting the Partners with client strategy and relationship management
  • Overseeing compliance work, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development

Candidate Requirements
  • Around 2-3 years’ experience in a UK accountancy firm (ideally a smaller practice)
  • Strong client service skills and confidence working directly with business owners
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Competent in preparing accounts and identifying client needs
  • Comfortable reporting to Partners and contributing to client growth strategy
  • ACA or ACCA qualification (or nearing completion) is preferred
