ORB Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Tutor to join our clients growing team, based in the Sheffield (S1).
Starting Salary - £32,000
As a Construction Tutor you will deliver a specialist Level 1 and 2 Trade programme within a 2-4 week period that introducers learners to Bricklaying, Plastering and Joinery.
Please note we are seeking candidates that can pass a enhanced DBS check or currently holds an in date test.
Role: The successful Tutor will complete the following tasks.
- Deliver pre-defined curriculum.
- Completion of all learner and course related documentation.
- Mentor learners by offering information and advice.
- Meet company, funding and awarding organisation requirements.
- Assess leaners.
Requirements: To be considered for this role candidates will need to show the following.
- A teaching qualification at a minimum of PTLLS or Level 3 AET
- An assessor award or qualification
- A level 3 qualification or occupational competence
- Maths and English Level 2
