About the Role:We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join our clients' dynamic teams across the UK. This role offers the flexibility to work in various locations, providing you with diverse and enriching professional experiences. You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. However there is no client contact as you are auditing and reviewing this caseload. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will last for up to 3 months. Key Responsibilities:* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion * Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process * Drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly * Conducting property searches and interpreting results * Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements * Providing high-quality client care and maintaining excellent client relationships About You:To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing * Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legal requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively * A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Availability to start immediately and commit for up to 3 months What We Offer:* Competitive hourly rate of £40 to £45 per hour * Flexible working arrangements * Opportunity to work with a variety of respected law firms * Supportive and collaborative working environment How to Apply:If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please contact Rob Addy at CRA Consulting on or click apply today for more information with a copy of your most recent cv.
