Internal Sales Coordinator

White Label are excited to be working with a leading engineering specialist on their lookout for an Internal Sales Coordinator. As the Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering service support to service the UK’s customer base.

The role will involve dealing with enquiries from customers and producing quotes and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

·Dealing with customer enquiries and producing quotations – up to 20 quotes per day

·Follow up on quotes via email and telephone

·Managing inbound calls and emails

·Sales quotation and order processing

·Delivering excellent customer service to exceed customer expectations

The person:

·Prior experience within either engineering or manufacturing is essential

·Must have an excellent level of sales and/or customer service experience

·Highly enthusiastic and driven with a willingness to learn
