Our client is looking for candidates to join their small contact centre team, where you'll be speaking to customers about their heating solutions. With a wide range of products, including insulation, underfloor heating, solar PV, and more, you'll be trained on new products as they arrive on the market.

As a member of the team, you'll be responsible for outbound calls to customers, clarifying their needs, and updating the CRM system. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, and with every appointment made, you'll earn additional achievable bonuses.
