This is an exciting new hire for the business due to growth. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator:
- Processing quotes and orders
- Receiving and checking customer samples, making sure they are logged on the system
- Working closely with the production team and purchasing coordinator to make sure orders will be produced and delivered on time to meet customer expectations
- Raising all purchase/work orders
- Answering all incoming enquiries via email and phone
Key Skills of a Sales Coordinator:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience of working within a fast paced Manufacturing environment
- IT Literate - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
