Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
- Respond to any enquiries from customers.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support as needed
- Process any quotes and orders via the system, ensuring these are accurate.
- Work closely with the external sales team, identify shortcomings and propose improvements, looking at competitor markets.
- Work alongside other teams within the organisation, including production.
Profile
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
- Proven experience in a sales or order processing role.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days
- Potential for an 8% annual bonus - based upon company performance
