Page Personnel are working in partnership with this fantastic organisation to recruit for a Sales Coordinator to join the ever growing sales team . This role involves providing excellent customer service and managing sales processes.

Description

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
• Respond to any enquiries from customers.
• Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support as needed
• Process any quotes and orders via the system, ensuring these are accurate.
• Work closely with the external sales team, identify shortcomings and propose improvements, looking at competitor markets.
• Work alongside other teams within the organisation, including production.

Profile

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:

• Proven experience in a sales or order processing role.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication

Job Offer

• A competitive salary in the range of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
• Generous holiday allowance of 25 days
• Potential for an 8% annual bonus - based upon company performance
