GSL Education are seeking a committed HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) for a primary school in Sheffield, S9. This full-time position is available immediately, offering a unique opportunity to lead and support educational activities.

The HLTA role:
- Leading classroom activities and supporting lesson delivery.
- Providing cover for teachers during absences.
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of the curriculum.
HLTA tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting student learning and engagement.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress.
- Collaborating with teachers to enhance instructional strategies.
HLTA requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a primary school environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
