Some of the responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Provide ER advice and support to managers in all aspects of absence management, performance management, capability, disciplinary and grievances.
• job descriptions and advertisements
• Managing recruitment and new employee onboarding
• Identifying training needs, planning, and conducting training sessions
• Tracking staff performance and attendance
• Providing guidance on employment law and internal policies
• Ensuring compliance with employment eligibility
• Advising on disciplinary and performance issues
• Acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries
• Addressing employee questions and concerns
• Updating sickness and vacation records
• Handling confidential information recording and processing
• Maintaining a daily employee database
