Quality Manager/Engineer
I'm delighted to be recruiting for my Client who are based in South Yorkshire for an experienced Quality Manager/Engineer.
My Client boasts a history in excess of 100 years successful trading and is looking for someone wanting to have a long-term career with them.
Duties
• Maintaining the Quality Management System and items related such as calibration and training records
• Inspection of incoming materials.
• Dealing with product safety.
• Handling compliance and reviewing policies.
• Planning & implementing improvements in the Quality Management System.
• Liaising with Certification bodies, customers and Suppliers
• Adhering to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, quality & the environment & to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
• Monthly QA Reporting
• Preparation of Docs for Quarterly and Annual Quality Review
Requirements
• Proven experience in a Quality management role, ideally within manufacturing
• Prior experience in compliance, quality assurance, or safety management
• EMS experience would be desirable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills
Hours of Work
Either of the following would be offered;
Monday to Thursday 0800 – 1630 – Friday 0800 until 1345 (30 mins lunch break)
Or
Monday to Friday 0830 – 1630 (1 hour lunch break)
Salary
Based upon experience the salary offered will be between £30,000 - £38,000
