We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Conveyancing team. Working under the guidance of the Head of Department, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Fee Earners and ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients. About the Role:As a Legal Assistant in our busy and reputable Conveyancing department, you'll be a key player in managing client files and supporting property transactions from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in property law and a desire to grow within a collaborative legal environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support to Solicitors and Paralegals throughout the conveyancing process
  • Assist in managing caseloads from initial enquiry to completion
  • Maintain and update client files using our case management system
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, providing regular updates
  • Prepare and upload documents, ID checks, and client information packs
  • Issue contracts, process payments, and send out feedback forms
  • Ensure all work complies with firm policies and regulatory standards
  • Assist with Land Registry applications and liaise directly with clients
  • Manage inbound enquiries and provide updates on existing files
