We're looking for a Paralegal with graduate to 2 years' experience to join a specialist litigation team in Sheffield. You'll support in debt recovery and defended claims for top-tier commercial clients, with hybrid working and monthly bonuses.

Description

The Paralegal will be:

  • Assisting solicitors with litigated debt recovery and defended claims
  • Preparing legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence
  • Conducting legal research and compiling evidence
  • Managing communication with clients and third parties
  • Supporting with court documentation and file preparation
  • Maintaining accurate case records and databases
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal procedures
  • Contributing to team initiatives and process improvement

Profile

The Paralegal should be:

  • A law graduate or equivalent with up to 2 years' legal experience
  • Familiar with litigation or debt recovery processes
  • Confident in legal drafting and research
  • Organised and detail-oriented with good time management
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
