Description
The Paralegal will be:
- Assisting solicitors with litigated debt recovery and defended claims
- Preparing legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and compiling evidence
- Managing communication with clients and third parties
- Supporting with court documentation and file preparation
- Maintaining accurate case records and databases
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal procedures
- Contributing to team initiatives and process improvement
Profile
The Paralegal should be:
- A law graduate or equivalent with up to 2 years' legal experience
- Familiar with litigation or debt recovery processes
- Confident in legal drafting and research
- Organised and detail-oriented with good time management
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
