About the Opportunity:CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a leading global law firm that is looking to recruit a Paralegal Supervisor into their Legal Services Unit This centralised team provides critical support to high-value real estate transactions, particularly within the energy and utilities sectors.This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a leadership position, where you will supervise a team of Assistant Paralegals, Paralegals, and Senior Paralegals. You'll oversee key transaction work, including:

  • Acquisition of substation and radio sites
  • Lease management and renewals
  • Wayleaves, easements, and variations

The position will be based in Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow or Edinburgh, offering an excellent hybrid working policy and real opportunities for career progression.Role Responsibilities:

  • Review and allocate incoming client instructions across the team
  • Monitor team capacity and ensure appropriate workload distribution
  • Support paralegals with transactional queries and client updates
  • Track matter progress and maintain data rooms and online trackers
  • Manage conflict checks and matter opening processes
  • Participate in client calls and internal operational meetings
  • Lead people management duties including onboarding, holiday/sickness approval, wellbeing, training, and appraisals
  • Oversee financial performance-WIP, time recording, balances and reporting

About You:

  • At least 2 years' real estate experience, ideally with supervisory or team leadership exposure
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Detail-focused with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Proficient in legal technology and document management systems
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a commercial mindset
