Business and Marketing Administrator

We are recruiting for a Business and Marketing Administrator, a brand-new position that has been created due to expansion and success.Your new roleAs a Business and Marketing Administrator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations team and supporting our compliance manager. If you are a naturally positive character and enjoy working in a friendly team, then read on! This role will be fast-paced and varied, no two days will be the same.Your role:-

• Processing new paperwork received from site
• Producing reports for the relevant teams
• Deal with supplier invoices and speak directly with our customers
• Follow up on quotes and report back to the team with your findings
• Answer the main office line and direct calls to the relevant team members
• Assisting with building the online presence of the company
• Assist purchasing with ordering of equipment and PPE
